By accessing and using CleanQuest's cleaning services or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Your engagement with our services signifies your understanding and acceptance of all policies, including our cancellation policy which stipulates that cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled service may incur a fee. CleanQuest reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice; your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We are committed to providing quality services; however, CleanQuest shall not be held liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, except in cases of proven gross negligence. Clients are responsible for securing or removing fragile and valuable items before service, and any damage claims must be submitted within 24hrs of service. These Terms, together with any signed service agreement, represent the entire understanding between the parties regarding the provision of cleaning services and supersede all prior communications, whether written or oral.
