What if something of mine gets damaged during the cleaning?

We take care to avoid damage, but some may occur. We ask that you secure or remove fragile items and accept that we are only liable for damages due to negligence

- not for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

What items or areas do you not clean?

Although we're happy to assist with some special requests, we typically don't cover the following items or areas:

  • Dishwashing

  • Laundry

  • Minor Appliances

  • Toys

  • Fireplaces

  • General Household Clutter

What do your services cover?

Please refer to the Residential, Light Commercial, and Deep Cleaning sections of our website for a basic list of what each service covers.

Do I need to do anything before my cleaning?

To do the most quality work in the timeframe that we have with you, we ask that you clear away any clothing or toys before we arrive.  We also ask that you find a stress free place for your pets while we clean. Helping us with these things will get you the most out of your service!

Do I need to be home during my cleaning?

We welcome your presence during any cleaning! But don't feel like you have to stay or be present when we arrive. Our cleaners will let themselves in using a spare key or a door code, and leave your home secure when they depart.

What if the cleaners miss something?

During your free initial consultation, we develop a cleaning plan tailored specifically to your needs. But lets be honest, its possible that something could get overlooked. If you reach out to us within 24hrs of your cleaning, we promise to make it right at no additional cost to you!

Can I make special requests or give specific instructions?

Of course! It's our goal at CleanQuest to leave you excited about the level of service we provide. We will consult with you about your specific needs and keep a record of your preferences so that we can provide top notch service every time. 

How do I pay for services?

Payments are due on the day of your scheduled service before service can begin. We accept credit/debit payments online or over the phone, but many of our customers choose to leave cash or a check in an agreed upon location in their home.

Can I tip the cleaning crew?

Although our cleaners never ask for or expect tips, it is always appreciated!

Can't tip? No worries! One of the best things you can do for our cleaners is keep them busy. You can do this by leaving a review about the great job they did on our Facebook page.
